Delivery is free on all items please see delivery page.

Returns Policy
If a item has to be returned for any reason the buyer has to pay all postage costs. Apon checking the item management will decide if the item qualifies for the postage to be reimbursed and the item amount. If there turns out to be nothing wrong with the item a further checking charge of £10.00 will be added.

Refund Policy
If you bought your product and have now changed your mind, we will refund the cost minus the delivery cost within 10 days of purchase.

THE ITEM MUST BE:

  • Un-opened (with any shrink wrap in tact).
  • unused.
  • returned complete with any free gifts you received with the product.

In the unlikely event that the item is damaged when it is delivered the item must be returned and after inspection a full/partial refund or a replacement will be given under the managers discretion.

Payment Other Than PayPal
If the item is paid for by cheque or postal order please note there will be a minimum 5 working day clearance period before any goods are sent.
